Liberals continue to create division in Canada, as “Wheel of Privilege” gets introduced to the workplace and schools

Why is the left-wing so obsessed with dividing this country?
The Canadian government has now called for mandatory re-education under the guise of “Anti-Racism Training” in the workplace and at universities. Skin colour, sex, gender, and all are included in this pathetic attempt to create hate and divide Canadians. Based on the charts shown above, someone who is white, straight, male, and Canadian is the most privileged. Why must we keep dividing Canadians and putting us in these brackets, especially knowing the fact that they are not even true? The leftists claim to stop stereotypes and break trends, yet they come up with nonsense like this! And the fact that these are being pushed in schools and in the workplace makes it even more insane. You study law to become a lawyer, then you are stopped to check your privilege and spend time “learning” about the chart. What has the world become? These liberal DEI programs will lead to increased resentment and division by focusing too heavily on differences rather than commonalities. Such programs can inadvertently reinforce stereotypes and create a hostile environment where individuals feel judged based on their identity rather than their abilities. Additionally, these initiatives often prioritize ideological conformity over open dialogue and critical thinking.
