Greece sends more weapons to Ukraine despite war threats from Turkey

While Turkey is threatening Greece with war, Mitsotakis decides that he shouldn’t help the Greek army, but instead send more help to Ukraine.
President Trump pledged to end the war, and Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed signs of finally wanting an end to the war. And yet, Greece is still wasting its equitment and sending it all to Ukraine’s useless war. 24 Sea Sparrow missiles, along with more ammunition and equitment are said to have already been approved and set to be sent over to the Ukrainians. This decision, among many others by the Mitsotakis government, weakens Greece’s defense capabilities, leaving the country more vulnerable to external threats. With tensions already high between Greece and Turkey, reducing military resources might compromise Greece’s ability to effectively defend its own borders. Additionally, it could strain the nation’s military readiness and impact the morale of its armed forces. Greece should be wary of the consequences of this decision and ensure that its military capabilities are not compromised.
