Why do voters claim to be “conservative”, “right-wing”, “against immigration”, and “Canada first!”, when they continue to vote for the CPC?
What is the big idea behind the CPC since it hasn’t been Conservative or Right-wing for many years? Why are you all so afraid of change, especially when it involves a decision of such importance? Are you scared, nervous, or just stupid?
Strategic voting. The CPC first made a claim about “Vote splitting”, and how voting PPC will cause the Liberals to return to power and win another election. The great idea the CPC had was, let’s all do strategic voting! One small issue: this doesn’t work in most cases.
During our 2021 election, the CPC called for strategic voting and called on all Canadians to not “split the conservative vote”. And yet, what happened? The Liberals still won! Through this type of pathetic voting, Canadians are encouraged to vote for the lesser of two evils instead of their values. “strategic voting tells you to vote for a candidate you ‘have to’ vote for and not for the one you want to vote for,” said April Tardif Levesque, of the LinkNewspaper. And on top of that, some CPC voters like to claim that the CPC is the real conservatives. That could not be farther from the truth. The CPC is full of globalists! MP Michelle Rempel Garner attended annual WEF meetings, even stating in 2018 that “I’m a Young Global Leader with the WEF. I’ve learned a lot here.”. Tim Uppal also was with the WEF, along with Melissa Lantsman. Pierre Poilievre and Andrew Scheer were also listed as members of the WEF. So where does the line end? Where was Pierre when the freedom convoy started up? Where was he when the COVID lockdowns took place? The CPC won’t even defend your basic rights! MP Gerald Soroka refused to bring up gun rights when asked if he would defend our rights to self defence. “Conservatives Criticize Liberal Gun Bans, But Don’t Commit to Canceling Them”. Said an article by ‘GunBlog’. The CPC would not even commit to stopping mass immigration! Pierre himself said that he would “make it faster” and “get immigrants to fill job openings” during an interview. The CPC will also not cut the carbon tax, yet calls repeatedly for a carbon tax election! “There’s a huge gap between what Conservatives say and what Conservatives do…. And I just don’t see any government in any future getting rid of that (Carbon Tax) — Conservative, Liberal or New Democrat.” said former CPC Advisor, Ken Boessenkool. The CPC does not even have a posted plan in regards to climate change/carbon tax! And if thats not enough for you, the CPC wont even stop the housing crisis because they benefit from it! Pierre is a landlord, along with 46% of the CPC members in parliament.
In the end, if you wish to still vote CPC, go for it! But don’t call yourself right-wing or Conservative, because you are not.
