As part of the EU’s assistance mission in Mozambique, Greek Commandos from the Special Warfare Command will participate. Greek troops will be sent to take part in training and guidance of the Quick Reaction Force (QRF) units in Mozambique’s armed forces. Greece plans to use this as an opportunity to strengthen its international presence and increase Greece’s military footprint around the world.
