Peel regional police have issued an advisory warning for people in Brampton, now that the charged sexual offender has been released. Welcome to Canada ladies and gentlemen! Now, why exactly did Peel police issue this warning? It’s because they know he’ll commit crimes again! Great job over in the Peel region! Peel police make this very clear in their statement, “Joseph Faulkner, 31 is subject to numerous conditions, including not being in the presence of any children under the age of 16 unless accompanied by a responsible adult approved by his parole supervisor,” followed by “Information received by Peel Regional Police indicates that Faulkner is at an elevated risk of re-offending. Peel Regional Police will be working to monitor his activities within the community.”. This is insane! Faulkner has not only been convicted of sexual offenses but also has been charged with theft and probation violation in 2023. This criminal was arrested for sexual offences, released, arrested again for theft and breach of his probation, and now released again. Instead of locking him up, what do the police have to say about this? “Faulkner remains a Canadian citizen and his rights are guaranteed under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. As such, Peel Regional Police will act to protect these rights if they are infringed on.”
God help Canada.
