Greece asks Turkey to stop continuous threats of war, Greece calls to make peace

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis urged Turkey to lift its long-standing threat of war and called for dialogue as the only path forward, in remarks at the 80th UN General Assembly in New York.
Mitsotakis said “the road ahead is based on dialogue” but warned that Ankara’s casus belli “remains like a black cloud above us.” Greece flexes its military might, asking Turkey to not create tensions, especially with wars already raging in gaza and Ukraine.
