A 59-year-old Georgian national was arrested the other day as he was found to be a spy for Russia.
The spy was captured in Alexandroupolisby the Greek National Intelligence Service and the Alexandroupolis Crime Prosecution and Investigation Sub-Directorate. The man was captured taking photos of military bases and weapon equipment on transfer to Ukraine. It was alleged that the information taken by the spy would be used to sabotage Greek military bases and prevent the transfer of weapons to Ukraine.
