PPC and NDP are the only top fastest rising parties according to recent statistics

In a poll conducted by Nanos Statistics, and brought to you by CTV news, it has some stunning results. As of December 11th, the Conservatives took the lead over the Liberals. Meanwhile the positive uptick in change in support is more visible within parties like the NDP and PPC. The PPC for example, rates as one of the top parties with support increases. The PPC saw a positive uptick in support by +1.3%. The Liberals dropped in negatives by -1.7% and the BLOC is down by -3.2%. While the PPC might not be the biggest party, their support continues to rise.
This increase in support for the PPC could be attributed to their strong stance on issues such as personal freedoms and government overreach, which resonate with a segment of the population. Additionally, their clear messaging and ability to differentiate themselves from traditional parties may attract voters seeking an alternative to mainstream political options. As public sentiment shifts, the PPC’s emphasis on these themes could be appealing to those dissatisfied with current political dynamics. Media coverage plays a significant role in shaping public opinion by highlighting certain parties and their platforms more frequently or favorably. The PPC seems to be the enemy of mainstream media, as news outlets purposely avoid PPC in order to try and sabotage the party. This means that the PPC has to find alternative methods of reaching the public, such as social media, grassroots campaigning, and targeted advertising. This could potentially give them an edge in the elections. Ultimately, the PPC has to rely more heavily on alternative methods of media exposure in order to effectively reach the public.
