Leftist Canada Post Union Strike leads to 50% Holiday donations decreases

As the pathetic and almost criminal Canada Post strike continues, the rest of the country continues to suffer even further.
Apart from mail/package delays and cancellations, as well as the destruction of small businesses. Holiday donations are decreasing. According to the Salvation Army, a 50% decrease, amounting to around $9-million in donations, in mail-in donations is failing all due to the strike.
“This inability of our donors and supporters to make donations is going to potentially affect us in our delivery of service, not only during the holiday season, but in this coming year,” said Salvation Army Lt.-Col. John Murray. On top of the fact that Canadians are now less likely to give donations due to the high cost of living, the Canada Post strike offers an even more serious issue coming at a horrible time. Thus, the Salvation Army is facing a difficult situation in which the lack of donations could have serious repercussions in the coming year.
